Describes a local notification to be posted to the system tray.

Provides semantic presets that align with standard UI states:

NotificationConfig.info -> Neutral information
NotificationConfig.success -> Operation successful
NotificationConfig.warning -> High priority warning
NotificationConfig.error -> Error or failure notification
